Job Role: Maintenance Technician

Location: Wolverhampton

Shift: Rotating 4on / 4 off shift pattern

Pay Rate: 30,000 - 40,000 per annum

The Company:

A well-established food manufacturing company who recently expanded and are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support with a 2-shift system.

The Candidate:

• Must have experience working with and fixing different types of automated machinery.
• Previous experience working with food machinery preferred but not essential.
• Must be enthusiastic, willing to learn new techniques & technologies, and drive for improvements and lean manufacturing.
• Take ownership of the production line to ensure it's running smoothly and efficiently.

The Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Maintain, fix, and operate automated and packaging processing machinery.
• Run different lines to operating standards and perform line changeovers and start-ups for different orders and customers.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety Standards.
