Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our first-shift team. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, performing welding tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot and repair single and three-phase electrical systems.
2. Replace switches, fuses, breakers, motors, bearings, and O-rings.
3. Perform MIG/TIG welding and operate cutting torches safely.
4. Source necessary parts from vendors or online.
5. Interact professionally with employees, vendors, and management.
6. Replace sprockets and brakes efficiently.
7. Work overtime as needed to ensure readiness for the third shift.

What You Bring:

1. Experience in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
2. Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding and cutting torch operation.
3. Strong mechanical skills, including component replacements.
4. Ability to source parts efficiently.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
7. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
