Lead Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Team Leader (Progression)

£46,929 - £47,170 + Full Team Autonomy + Career Progression + Optional Overtime + Technical Machinery Training + 20 Days Holiday

Factory Based, Commutable from Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Lincoln, Louth, Sheffield, Grimsby, Doncaster and surrounding areas

Shifts: 4 on 4 off days and nights 6-6

Are you from a Maintenance Engineering background looking to step into a supervisory role within a growing bespoke manufacturer that supply into globally renowned blue-chip companies, where you will have full autonomy of a three person maintenance team combined with further technical training and career progression?

This is a fantastic days based opportunity to be technically challenged and have a split between hands-on maintenance and leadership where you will oversee the full maintenance for your team whilst also being guided by the Maintenance Manager, where you will have further scope of progression and machinery training to become a task expert.

The Role:

1. Maintenance RM & PPM across the factory working alongside three maintenance engineers
2. Shift based working 4 on 4 off, optional overtime, and annually paid bonus
3. Further technical training, working on mechanical and electrical repairs on machinery

The Person:

1. Previous background in Maintenance Engineering with a good Engineering understanding
2. Looking to work as part of a small close-knit maintenance team
