The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the safe and effective delivery of the site maintenance strategy, working in partnership with the production team, Reliability Manager and Spares Technician. They will coordinate all maintenance activity and optimise plant availability, safety, performance and quality.
They will oversee all aspects of maintenance and fault diagnosis, supervising a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all tasks are completed as safely and efficiently as possible, ensuring that production is not affected due to machine downtime.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for planning, organising and undertaking corrective and reactive work, and be responsible for delivering improvement projects leading to increased plant reliability and cost reduction.
