Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in London. This role focuses on a high-end and client-facing site in central London. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude.

About the role of the Maintenance Supervisor:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance
• Support one other engineer on site
• Handle reactive breakdowns
• Manage alarms/lights
• Perform plant room checks and repairs

Experience needed for the role of the Maintenance Supervisor:

• Any City & Guilds/NVQ Qualifications - Mechanical or Electrical

What we offer the Maintenance Supervisor:

• Up to £50K dependent on experience
• Overtime opportunities - paying 1.5x and 2x
• Bonus up to 2% two times a year
