Job Description
WTW Maintenance services engineers are responsible for ensuring the cost-effective, environmentally conscious maintenance of all building engineering services and contributing with integrating sustainable designs to existing equipment and plant within our buildings. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, all equipment and materials involved with heating, boilers, pumps, building chillers, lighting, ventilation, air-conditioning and distribution systems, electrical distribution and UPS systems, standby generators, water supply distribution, sanitation, employee & public health, fire protection systems, safety systems, lifts & escalators operations, building operation with BMS control systems.
