Maintenance Plumber / Fabric Plumber - Commercial Building - Crawley, West Sussex - 4 on 4 off days & nights - £40,500 per annum

CBW are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber/Fabric Engineer to be based at a large commercial building in Crawley, West Sussex. The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site, working with the maintenance team on site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. Hours of Work

4 on 4 off - 2 days 2 nights

06:30am - 18:30pm Days / 18:30pm - 06:30am Nights

12 Hour Shifts

Duties and Responsibilities

• Repairing Toilets and Sinks
• Unblocking Toilets
• Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
• Pipework inspections and repairs
• Minor installation works
• Maintenance of pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs, and TMVs
• Flexible in helping other trades on site
• Planned and reactive works
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

Requirements

• Plumbing qualified level 2 minimum
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Installation experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large site
• Honest, hard-working, and reliable
