Maintenance Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber with a strong plumbing background and the ability to undertake a variety of maintenance and installation tasks within domestic, residential, and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
2. Attend scheduled appointments.
3. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
4. Diagnose and resolve issues arising in properties.
5. Source necessary parts from local suppliers.
6. Perform all associated plumbing and general property maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in plumbing/property maintenance.
2. Full UK driving license.
3. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (preferred) or equivalent experience.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to maintain accurate records of repair work and report findings via mobile device daily.
6. Positive attitude with a willingness to undertake various tasks.
7. Ability to work both independently and within a team to a high standard without constant supervision.
8. Must be comfortable, polite, and professional when working in occupied homes.

Package & Benefits:

1. Salary up to GBP38,000 (depending on experience).
