Operating a mobile team of plumbers and engineers across the UK.

CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Commercial Maintenance Plumber:
Recognised plumber/industry qualifications including NVQ Plumbing and Heating would be beneficial.
Good customer service skills, well-presented and articulate.
Experience of covering maintenance plumbing contracts - domestic/commercial.
Hardworking, flexible, motivated, and trustworthy.

JOB INFORMATION - Commercial Maintenance Plumber:
As a commercial maintenance plumber, you would be based from home. Working on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, plantroom maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out PPM schedules
2. Leak detection
3. Changing of pipes, pumps, valves
4. Repair and replacement of taps, toilets, and other general plumbing maintenance tasks
