Maintenance Planner

As a Maintenance Planner, you will engage directly in the orchestration of our daily operations related to repairs, maintenance, and gas services. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments for various services, from general repairs to gas boiler replacements, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process. By coordinating with Trade Operatives, the Gas Team, and subcontractors, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality service to our tenants. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional multitasking abilities will be crucial in managing both customer expectations and urgent appointments.

Hours of Work: Permanent, 40 hours (8am - 4.30pm, Mon-Fri) with fully flexible agile working options.

Salary: £26,237 to £27,618 per annum

Maintenance Planner Requirements:

1. Previous experience in an administrative support role, ideally within repairs or customer service.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle a high volume of customer interactions.
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
4. Proficiency in using scheduling systems and the ability to make quick decisions.
5. A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
