Job Length – X1 Permanent & X1 18 Month FTC

If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for 2 Maintenance Planners. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of maintenance plans, priorities, and progress to the Senior Management Team, maintenance teams, and other departments.
- Develop, issue, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans, ensuring alignment with production schedules and plant availability.
- Create comprehensive overhaul plans, integrating predictive and preventative maintenance activities.
- Maintain up-to-date master maintenance plans in the CMMS, ensuring all related cost, data, and work order details are accurate and accessible.
- Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with operational objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment where maintenance planning processes are well-understood and integrated across all relevant teams.
- Track and calculate maintenance performance metrics, such as utilisation of FTEs, work order completion rates, and backlog reduction.
- Identify improvement opportunities through root cause analysis and performance data, driving solutions aligned with continuous improvement goals.
Experience and Key Attributes:
- Previous experience in maintenance planning or coordination within a manufacturing or process-driven industry (e.g., food and beverage, chemicals, pharmaceuticals).
- Prior experience in a hands-on maintenance role (e.g., Maintenance Technician or Engineer).
- Demonstrated experience working within Lean Manufacturing and TPM frameworks, including participation in or leadership of improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance techniques.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and operations.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
