An established industry player is seeking a Maintenance Operative with plumbing and water hygiene expertise to join a dedicated repairs and maintenance team. This role focuses on performing essential maintenance duties at various sites, primarily at a local hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in Legionella monitoring and a recognized plumbing qualification. We now have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Operative with plumbing and water hygiene background to join our highly regarded repairs and maintenance team based in Sidcup. This role is predominantly based at the Queen Mary's hospital in Sidcup; however, there will be some travel to other local sites.
As a Maintenance Operative, you will be performing daily maintenance duties as part of our PPM (planned and preventative maintenance) and reactive maintenance programme.
Responsibilities will include:
Normal working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will also have the opportunity to participate in an on-call rota system (which offers the opportunity to increase your earnings and be involved in additional urgent repairs).
