Development Details: This role will be based at a residential development in Woolwich. Located along the banks of the River Thames, the development contains 2800 units and is located close to Woolwich Arsenal Station.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, repairing items, clearing drains, and keeping the environment safe and clean.
2. Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for guests and the team, through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
3. Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
4. Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
5. Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
