Maintenance Operative - £27,000 per annum (Permanent Position)
Based near King's Cross Station, London
Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm

Are you a skilled Maintenance Operative looking for a stable, full-time role in a welcoming and professional environment? We're seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team at a well-established education centre just a short walk from King's Cross Station.

Key Details:

1. Salary: £27,000 per year
2. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (no weekends!)
3. Location: Easily accessible central London location near King's Cross
4. Type: Permanent, full-time role

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Operative, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day upkeep of the centre. From minor repairs and basic plumbing to general building maintenance and safety checks, your work will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and comfortable learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

1. Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role is essential
2. Good knowledge of general repairs, basic electrical, plumbing, and decorating
3. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
4. Strong communication and organisational skills
