Maintenance Operative

Mill Lane, Felixstowe

£13 per hour

35 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm

Healthcare Homes are recruiting for a full-time Maintenance Operative to join our team.

The quality and appearance of our care homes create the first impression for visitors and are a source of enjoyment and immense pleasure for our residents and their families. Our Maintenance Teams take huge pride in maintaining our buildings to the highest possible standards.

Overseeing the upkeep of our home including painting, decorating, repairs, and basic plumbing and electrical work, you will play a key role in always keeping our residents safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the upkeep of the home including painting, decorating, repairs, and basic plumbing and electrical work.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Previous experience within gardening, decorating, and basic plumbing and electrical work.
