The suitable candidates would be able to undertake general maintenance and upkeep of grounds, buildings & equipment, as well actioning all maintenance and continuous review and improvement of facilities operations, ensuring the environment is compliant, safe and well maintained to the highest standards.
Lakeside Healthcare is a large GP partnership that provides NHS care for around 170,000 patients across Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire. We are made of eight GP practices across 14 sites that are part of their local communities.

About the Practice/Department/Team
Reporting to the Operations & Compliance Manager you will be part of a 2-man team dealing with the day-to-day maintenance issues. Working closely with the Management Support team who will coordinate your jobs and responsibilities.
Overall Aim: to provide support and general maintenance to all 3 buildings and keep a safe working environment.
Responsibility for the site-specific daily duties, maintenance and upkeep of buildings and general repairs and grounds maintenance.
