Position: Maintenance Manager, Malmaison

Location: Glasgow

Job Responsibilities:

1. Take responsibility for the general maintenance of the property and upkeep of its facilities.
2. Manage the maintenance team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations.
3. Allocate responsibilities to the team and complete the daily jobs list and preventative maintenance schedules.
4. Meet time deadlines and liaise with contractors.
5. Ensure health and safety compliance on the property.

Qualifications:

1. Experience of working in a maintenance department of a similar quality hotel.
2. Knowledge of electrics and health and safety.
3. Strong computer literacy for compliance and audit tasks.
4. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
5. Organised and hands-on management style.
