Maintenance Manager (Hotel)

Salary: Up to £38,500.00 per annum + Bonus Scheme

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager within a Hotel environment based in London SW5 with an immediate start.

Job Description

Immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Good knowledge of Word & Excel.
2. Working 5 days 09:00-17:00 across a 7-day Rota.
3. Hotel experience is a must.
4. Good Health & Safety Knowledge.
5. Overseeing reactive and maintenance works.
6. Ideally from a Trade background.
7. Previous Hotel experience desirable.

Compensation:

1. Contributory Pension.
2. Pay Rate: £21.00-£22.00/hr if working temporarily, or if a permanent position is offered, £38.5k/annum + Bonus Scheme currently running at 10%.
