Salary: 55,000 - 60,000 + Progression + Training + Days Based + Benefits + Car Allowance + Bonus

Location: Kingswinford

Are you a Maintenance Manager or similar with a background in FMCG looking to take on a management role and lead a growing team for an established company that can provide progression opportunities, training, and a host of great benefits including a bonus?

On offer is the opportunity to work for the engineering department of one of the largest distribution companies in the UK as part of their food packaging operations working with the likes of Cadbury and Roundtrees. They are looking for a new Maintenance Manager to help run the facility and manage the current engineering team.

This role will involve taking charge of a large packaging facility, looking after all the machinery and the team that maintains it. You will be scheduling PPM, mentoring apprentices, assisting with maintenance, carrying out risk assessments, and creating related reports.

The Role

1. Manage maintenance team
2. Schedule all maintenance
3. Carry out planned preventative maintenance
4. Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00

The Person

1. Maintenance Manager or similar
2. Background in FMCG
3. Commutable to Kingswinford
