The Maintenance Manager role comes with a starting salary of up to £65,000 + benefits package.

Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting to the Plant Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of multi-discipline technicians, providing technical support, guidance and direction.
- Managing the short-term and long-term maintenance objectives for site.
- Having responsibility for the maintenance budget for site, ensuring its alignment with the site's business plan.
- Coordinating, planning and managing all outages on site, including liaising with external contractors as required.
- Managing the procurement of goods and services within responsibility area.
- Managing the adoption on site of the latest technologies in plant condition monitoring and compliance.
- Supporting with the execution of the HSE Management System.
- Assisting the Financial Controller with detailing and communicating all maintenance costs.
Professional Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
- HNC or equivalent qualification in relevant engineering discipline, preference for mechanical bias but EC&I also considered.
- A NEBOSH certificate would be highly beneficial.
- A management qualification (level 3 or above) would be highly beneficial.
- 5 years' experience working in power generation or similar sector.
