An established industry player is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee operations at a key distribution center. This role involves leading a diverse team of technicians, ensuring high standards of maintenance, and fostering effective communication across functions. Accountable for the delivery of Maintenance in Tesco Distribution Centre at Didcot/Southampton. Managing a team of circa 10 multi-skilled technicians covering HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Building, Refrigeration, working collaboratively with all functions inside Property and our external contractors.
You will be responsible for:
You will need:
Previous Technical and Maintenance Engineering Experience.
Experience in a similar scale remote facilities or maintenance business.
Demonstrated operational success in people leadership and development.
Technical qualification in either HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, refrigeration or Building.
