Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: Moray, Firth of Moray, Banffshire, Lossiemouth, Elgin, Keith, Banff

Sector: Manufacturing / FMCG

Salary: c £50,000

The Role:

• Responsible for all onsite maintenance including production machinery and facilities
• Managing reactive maintenance whilst ensuring that all PPM schedules are met
• People recruitment and management including training, development, motivation, discipline, and timekeeping
• Management of 3rd party contractors
• Ensuring adequate provision of spares
• Lead and deliver capital engineering projects
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements
• Maintenance of the CMMS
• Manage the maintenance and engineering budgets

About You:

• Multi-skilled or electrically biased
• Formal engineering qualification to at least Level 3
• Proficient with CMMS
• Experience of being a Manager / Team Leader / Supervisor in a professional maintenance team in a manufacturing environment
• FMCG / food / beverage manufacturing experience preferred
• Commercially aware
• IOSH certified
• COSHH awareness beneficial
• Driving licence and own transport essential

Salary c £50,000 negotiable
