Maintenance Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

Location: Derby, Derbyshire

We invite an enterprising and ambitious Maintenance Manager to become an integral part of our esteemed team. This role offers an exciting juncture to influence and shape operations within a thriving and rapidly growing company. As our Maintenance Manager, your chief role will be to orchestrate first-rate engineering maintenance and support, adhering to our objectives and financial expectations. You will inspire and guide our engineering team at the site, inculcating a culture of constant enhancement while upholding the utmost delivery standards.

Skills required for this Maintenance Manager Role:

1. A background in a comparable role, preferably within the linen or a fast-paced manufacturing industry.
2. Demonstrable expertise in guiding, developing, and inspiring teams.
3. Familiarity with budget oversight and alignment with KPIs.
4. Proven track record in stimulating continuous improvements.
5. Pertinent academic credentials (mechanical, electrical, control skills) and training (MEWP/FLT/IPAF, Six Sigma/5S/Kasien, IOSH/NEBOSH).
6. Proficiency in English communication and IT applications.
7. An optimistic outlook and a strong commitment to work.
