Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am-2pm

Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager with an Electrical bias looking for a new and exciting role working within a large global manufacturing organisation? Do you have experience managing a team of engineers within a busy manufacturing environment? Due to continued growth and an increase in orders, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager to take responsibility of their highly skilled engineering team. You will lead, motivate and drive the performance of a busy maintenance team, within a state-of-the-art facility based near Exeter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the team, overseeing breakdowns, planned maintenance and preventative maintenance. The successful manager will be implementing and executing new Maintenance strategies to develop the preventative Maintenance.
