An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified Maintenance Manager to work for an established industrial manufacturing company based near Derby. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the engineering functions in a very fast-paced production facility. This role involves managing engineers, overseeing capital expenditure, and ensuring plant reliability.

Skills required for the Maintenance Manager:

1. Engineering qualifications in electrical/mechanical
2. Experience in managing a team of 5+ engineers
3. Providing leadership across the engineering team
4. Hands-on when required
