Your opportunity

As Maintenance Manager, you will assist with the maintenance and operation of building services within the asset(s), ensuring the asset is presented in optimal condition, maintained in good repair, utilised in the most cost-effective manner and serviced in accordance with statutory requirements. Additionally, this role is required to ensure the highest levels of customer service and safety are delivered and maintained.

This role will support LIV Aston.

In this role you will:

  1. Provide an exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure a high level of communication by responding to, and actioning, requests in a timely manner.
  2. Daily inspection of all plant and equipment to ensure operational readiness for occupancy/trade.
  3. Ensure all areas of the asset are maintained to the highest presentation standard and safety levels.
  4. Daily review and proactive identification of maintenance and repair requirements, with completion performed or coordinated in accordance with agreed timelines, and to an acceptable standard.
  5. “Hands on” work as required; including patching and painting, carpentry and cabinetry repairs, landscaping, whitegoods fault inspections.
  6. Assist in the management of all contractors and service providers, and their ongoing performance, in accordance with Mirvac policies and procedures.

Your point of difference

The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume role managing conflicting priorities, along with a strong understanding of Australian Standards, the NCC, HSE, DDA, and other risk management considerations. While technical competency through trade or tertiary qualifications is preferred, it is not essential. You will bring a customer-focused approach to your work, with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including contractors. Exceptional organisational skills are key, as is the ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines consistently.
