But what we need from you…

  1. Extensive general maintenance experience including plumbing and electrical
  2. Lead, motivate and monitor a small team to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment
  3. Delivery of excellent customer service
  4. Have knowledge of and operate hotel security and emergency procedures
  5. Proactive, quick thinking and adept at identifying and fixing maintenance issues
  6. Build good relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective outcomes for the business
  7. Ability to work well under pressure
  8. A team player, working hand in hand with other departments
