Job Description:

Madisons Engineering are working with a leading manufacturing company who are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager. This is the PERFECT ROLE for a Senior Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, or a Maintenance Manager to step up and take on more responsibility. The Maintenance Manager will play a major role in the planning of projects and organizing the maintenance team on the machinery, improving efficiencies and being involved in CAPEX projects, as well as heading up the planned maintenance schedule. This is a great opportunity to join the business as they have been investing heavily into the business, circa £150m across their impressive 16+ factories. Skills required for the Maintenance Manager:

• Control and manage maintenance activities using preventative measures to minimize risk of downtime.
• Experience with SOP, Compliance, and Maintenance is a must!
• Management of contractors as well as leading a team of electrical and mechanical engineers.
• Ensuring rapid response to breakdowns and efficient follow-up to identify corrective actions.
• Co-ordinate all activities associated with CAPEX applications and delivery of approved projects.
• Deliver great leadership and coaching to staff across the business.
• Plan, co-ordinate, and manage all site engineering and maintenance activities, safely and within agreed budget.
• Ensure that all engineers and suppliers are compliant with SHEQ expectations.
• Engineering Manager must have an engineering qualification.
