Are you a problem-solving leader with a passion for maintaining top-tier hospitality experiences? At Cambria Hotel Boston Downtown, we take pride in our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. We are looking for a Chief Engineer to oversee the hotel’s maintenance operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our guests and team members.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Ensure the efficient operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and HVAC systems.
️ Conduct regular property inspections, identifying maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Oversee repairs, renovations, and installations, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
Manage the departmental budget, optimizing costs while maintaining service excellence.
Implement sustainable practices to reduce the hotel’s environmental footprint.
Collaborate with all hotel departments to minimize disruptions and enhance guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

️ Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality or a similar setting.
️ Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment, and facilities management.
️ A hands-on leader who is proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
️ Experience with Microsoft Office.
