Maintenance Engineer (High End Commercial)

£40,000 - £44,000 + Training + Overtime + Company Benefits + Bonuses

Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background working in High End Commercial Buildings looking to join an established FM company who work on a number of well-known buildings in London and can offer a stable days-based role within an important contract looking after a new High End multi-use facility?

On offer is the opportunity to join a company who have been in business for over 30 years, carrying out facilities maintenance for some of the most recognisable buildings in London. The company is constantly looking to expand, and a big part of that is ensuring that staff are trained and treated well.

This role will be based in a high-end multi-use building in the heart of London, where you will be carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance for a variety of clients. You will follow PPM schedules and work alongside the Site Supervisor and other contractors to ensure work is carried out promptly and professionally.

The Role

1. Carrying out planned and preventive maintenance
2. Working with a variety of clients within the building
3. Reporting to the Site Supervisor

The Person

1. Maintenance Engineer or similar
2. Mechanical Bias
3. Background in High End Commercial Facilities
4. Commutable to Westminster
