Maintenance Engineer (BMU)
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (overtime on offer and all tube fares paid for)
Location: London area
We are working with a client looking for an engineer, ideally an electro-mechanical biased engineer, servicing and maintaining a wide range of Building Maintenance Units (BMU) and construction hoists by carrying out PPM on company equipment.
Other duties include:
- Fault finding and repair works
- Assisting with inspections and testing requirements (LOLER)
- Completing electronic paperwork
