Maintenance Engineer - Lichfield (3-shift or Night Shift only) -Permanent

Our client, a leading steel company, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic maintenance team.

Key Details:
- Salary: 36,719.16 (Basic of 31,117.93 plus shift premium for 3-shift rotation: 5,601.23 per annum)
- Bonus and Overtime available
- Contract Type: Permanent, Working Pattern: Full Time
- Working hours: 40 hours per week on 3 shift rotation:
Working hours: 40 hours per week on three shift rotation:
o Afternoon Shift: 2.00pm to 10.30pm Monday to Thursday, 11.00am to 5.00pm Friday
o Morning Shift: 6.00am to 2.30pm Monday to Thursday, 6.00am to 12.00noon Friday
o Night Shift: 10.00pm to 6.30am Monday to Thursday, 4.30pm to 10.30pm Friday
Overtime & Production Bonus

As a Maintenance Engineer, your mission will be to repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure they function reliably and comply with high Environmental, Health, and Safety Standards.

Maintain detailed maintenance records so that Health and Safety is ensured and recurring problems with machinery, equipment or parts can be identified and addressed
Set, calibrate or adjust equipment, machinery and instruments so that it complies with production specifications or instructions
