Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
Telford
Up to £50,000 + ½ overtime
4 on 4 off days and nights

SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our established client based in Telford.

Who we are looking for:

  1. An individual who embraces and lives our core values of Determination, Quality, Integrity and Teamwork.
  2. A flexible team player with plenty of ideas and enthusiasm who thrives under pressure.
  3. A mechanically competent & qualified time served technician with a systems & control bias & an understanding of Electrical Control Wiring Diagrams.
  4. Someone excited by learning new techniques & technology, with PLC programming (beneficial) and fault diagnosis experience.
  5. Ideally experienced within the food or processing industry - although not essential.

What you will be doing:
  1. Providing shift technical leadership in a professional manner to operations colleagues.
  2. Reacting to day-to-day breakdowns and changeovers, working 4 on 4 off days and nights.
  3. Actively contributing to & supporting lead development engineers in continuous improvement & new product activities.
  4. Taking ownership of your work to agreed deadlines with internal stakeholders and contractors.
