Our client is a leading manufacturer who supplies into the food and drink industry. Due to a company re-structure and development within the organisation, they are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team as they grow as a business. If you are Mechanically or Electrically biased there are opportunities for you.

Shifts & Benefits Package:

Shift: 12 hours days and nights rota (2 days/ 2 nights 4 off)
Salary: 46,000 - 49,000 DOE
Benefits: 5% Bonus, Life Assurance, healthcare cash back plan

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Provide front line maintenance support to the shift operations team
2. Keep machinery working to the designed output efficiency
3. Dismantle and re-assemble all production equipment
4. Electrical, instrumentation and mechanical maintenance
5. Regular PPM and scheduled maintenance and improvement works

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Multi Skilled Background
2. Manufacturing experience is preferred
3. Self-motivated and able to work in a team
4. Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices & continuous improvement mentality
5. Must have a recognised apprenticeship to ONC/HNC
