Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Engineer (AC Bias) to work for one of the UK's leading facilities companies in Newcastle and the surrounding areas on a plethora of their commercial and retail contracts. Tasks could include PPMs on commercial HVAC systems, diagnostics and fault finding, repairs to cooling units and AHUs, rectifying faults in plant rooms, splits, VRF and more. You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.

Salary Details

• The salary will start at £40,400
• Monday – Friday working 45-hour weeks – 7am to 4pm along with 1 in 4 weeks on call and 1-in-4 Saturday.
• Door-to-Door pays

Requirements

• You will be qualified to F-Gas, along with a full driving license with no more than 6 points.
