Maintenance Engineer - Static Site (TW6)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: TW6 (with occasional travel to another site)
Package: Company van, progression opportunities, and training development

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to join a dynamic Facilities Management (FM) company where your career can thrive? We're hiring for a Maintenance Engineer to work on a static site in TW6, with occasional travel to a nearby site. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site.
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, or HVAC issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaising with clients and site staff to deliver high-quality service.
  • Occasionally traveling to an additional site when needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in maintenance engineering within FM or building services.
  • Qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC disciplines (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license (for occasional travel between sites).
