Maintenance Engineer - FMCG Manufacturer - Days or Nights Shift

Salary: £42,000 to £50,000 + Pension + Benefits - 4 on 4 off DAYS - 12hr Shifts.

or

Salary: £46,200 to £55,000 + Pension + Benefits - 4 on 4 off Nights - 12hr Shifts.

My client, a leading manufacturer within the FMCG sector, is due to expansion looking to recruit an experienced maintenance engineer. This highly respected manufacturer is looking to expand its engineering capacity and is adding to the knowledge already within their current team. The company has built a reputation on the continual delivery to their blue-chip clients; this is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely secure group, within a well-respected organisation.

Key Skills

  1. Apprentice Trained in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  2. Experience within Automated Machinery Maintenance
  3. Working Knowledge of PPM Systems

You will have served a minimum of a full engineering apprenticeship and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working with equipment such as packaging, filling, conveyors, and processing machinery within a high-speed automated environment. Your strong work ethic will be supported with relevant experience in an automated factory environment. Skill sets will include packaging machinery, conveyors, mixers, metal detection machinery, and mechanical engineering machinery based fault finding and repair. Your experience will be supported with ongoing development for you to create further opportunities to enhance your career prospects within the group.
