Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary:
Basic Salary - GBP37,260 per annum
Shift Allowance - GBP3.50 per hour
Orion is partnered with a very fast paced, heavy industrial manufacturing business located in Worcester which is recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team.
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Duties:
- Work proactively to maintain and repair equipment across multiple areas of the production line.
- Maintain CNC machinery
- Installation and commissioning of machinery
- Continuous improvement projects
- Promptly respond to breakdowns and planned maintenance work.
- Carry out routine maintenance of all production and foundry machinery.
- Fabrication
- Fault finding
- Work orders for breakdowns, PPMs etc.
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Experience:
- Metal works experience
- Machinery installation and commissioning experience
- Continuous Improvement Project experience
- Experience with heavy industrial machinery (CNC machines etc.)
- Electrical or mechanical qualifications NVQ Level 3 is essential
- PLC fault finding
- Heavy industry experience
- Ability to understand schematic drawings.
- Reliable and flexible attitude to work.
- Excellent communication skills.
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Benefits:
- Salary: GBP37,260 + GBP3.50ph shift allowance
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Attendance allowance of GBP1000 per year
Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Shift: 5 & 2 shift pattern
Week 1: Monday - Tuesday on, Wednesday - Thursday off, Friday - Saturday on.
Week 2: Monday - Tuesday off, Wednesday - Thursday on, Friday - Saturday - Sunday off.
Hours: 41 per week (12hr day shifts)
