Maintenance / Utilities Engineer - £45,000 + Benefits - Days (Mon-Fri, 8-4)
Location: Norfolk - Commutable from Kings Lynn, Long Sutton, Wisbech, Downham Market, Thetford & surrounding areas
We are recruiting for a Maintenance / Utilities Engineer to join a well-established food manufacturer, responsible for the operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant. There will be a period of training to support you in getting up to speed with the site and processes.
- Day-to-day operation and maintenance of water treatment processes
- Preventative maintenance on wastewater treatment assets
- Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
- Sampling, testing, and monitoring water quality
- Diagnosing and repairing plant equipment
- City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in water/wastewater treatment plant maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
