Maintenance / Utilities Engineer - £45,000 + Benefits - Days (Mon-Fri, 8-4)

Location: Norfolk - Commutable from Kings Lynn, Long Sutton, Wisbech, Downham Market, Thetford & surrounding areas

We are recruiting for a Maintenance / Utilities Engineer to join a well-established food manufacturer, responsible for the operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant. There will be a period of training to support you in getting up to speed with the site and processes.

The Role:
  1. Day-to-day operation and maintenance of water treatment processes
  2. Preventative maintenance on wastewater treatment assets
  3. Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
  4. Sampling, testing, and monitoring water quality
  5. Diagnosing and repairing plant equipment
About You:
  1. City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  2. Experience in water/wastewater treatment plant maintenance
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
