Maintenance Engineer, Warwickshire,
Shifts: Days Monday - Friday, Callout on rotating basis, Salary GBP42,000+ Call out and Benefits
As the Maintenance Engineer, your key responsibilities will be to provide Electrical and Mechanical support to ensure performance of all production machinery and electrical systems.
- Prompt attendance to automated machinery failures and improvement/upgrade work.
- Support the installation, modification, and commissioning of process equipment.
- General Continuous Improvement activities.
- Minimise machine downtime.
- Prevent manufacturing lost time.
- Achievement of the Preventative Maintenance Plan.
- Record all maintenance activities in the CMMS system, MAXIMO.
- Planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
The Maintenance Engineer will have experience of working within a manufacturing environment. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of manufacturing processes and have experience of working with manufacturing systems; related controls and instrumentation systems.
The ideal Maintenance Engineer will have some of the following qualifications:
- BTECH/ONC qualification as a minimum in an Electrical discipline or Multi-skilled Engineering qualification.
- C&G 2330 Level 3 Electro-technical certificate combined with NVQ 3 Electrical Maintenance.
- Time served apprentice.
- HNC level in electrical, mechanical or production maintenance engineering.
This position would suit; Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, Day Engineer, Multi Skilled Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Service Engineer or Packaging Engineer.
