Our client is a leading producer in their industry and their business continues to thrive and grow. Your new role: Joining a strong team of engineers on an earlies/lates pattern (no nights), you will offer a strong focus on either electrical or mechanical expertise for troubleshooting and repairs in production. The team is dedicated to finding innovative ways to enhance and automate the factory and this commitment ensures you'll gain valuable experience in project-led work, keeping your work engaging.

What you'll need to succeed: We are seeking an engineer with recent production environment experience so you can draw on past experience to complement the work of the team. This role is open to both mechanical and electrical engineers and a relevant qualification would be advantageous.

What you'll get in return: This is a Monday to Friday earlies/lates role offering circa £42,000-£44,000 in a really secure and booming business. Some evening and weekend work is required; however, there is no nightshift at all. A great package financially and from a work-life balance point of view. Overtime is available if sought after and is paid at enhanced rates.
