Job description

Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £40,000

Shift: 4on 4off Days & Nights

Location: Cupar, Fife

I'm currently recruiting for one electrical maintenance engineer and one mechanical maintenance engineer position at a processing company in Cupar. I'm in search of a Maintenance Engineer, either a mechanical or electrical background and either an electrical or mechanical qualification. In the role the Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to improve processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues.
  3. Implement preventive maintenance programs.
  4. Collaborate with other engineering staff to improve processes.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Relevant electrical or mechanical engineering qualification.
  2. Experience in a similar maintenance role.
