Maintenance Engineer Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire £53,000 - Inclusive of Shift Allowance 3 on 3 off permanent nights (6pm - 6am)
This company is part of a global organisation who manufacture food products for major retailers such as Subway, McDonalds, Tesco and many more within the industry.
As a business, we have an annual turnover well in excess of £15m and have reinvested this into our state-of-the-art facility in Burton. Over the last 5 years, we have invested over £60m into our plant and boast an incredibly low staff turnover rate within our maintenance team as a result.
We are looking to fill this vacancy due to expansion as we transition into a different shift pattern. As the successful engineer, you'll be part of a small team of 3 dedicated night shift engineers with plans to expand further in the near future.

Adhering to health and safety regulations across the site whilst ensuring OEE is maximised.
The Successful Engineer
Multi-skilled with either a mechanical or electrical bias are encouraged to apply - close to 50:50 as possible is ideal.
Minimum of 5 years experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer within an industrial environment.
Food experience is beneficial but not a deal breaker; we have engineers from all backgrounds in our team.
Ideally qualified to a minimum of L3 within a maintenance discipline (NVQ/City and Guilds, HNC/D).
