A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a UK known FMCG manufacturer in the Birmingham Area!

With no day ever being the same, the Maintenance Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Planned and Reactive Maintenance Engineering
2. Electrical and Mechanical Fault Finding and Repair
3. Increasing efficiency and decreasing downtime of all machines on site
4. PLC Fault finding
5. Maintenance on Motors / Pumps / Conveyors / Gearboxes / Bearings

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. Experience working in a Packaging / Food & Beverage / FMCG Environments
2. PLC Fault finding experience
3. Apprenticeship Trained / NVQ3 in an Engineering discipline - necessary
4. Ability to fault find and rewire panels is highly desirable
