Maintenance Engineer
Commutable from Dover, Aylesham, Eastry
Up to £52,000 DOE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving and well-established manufacturing business that produces market-leading products.

You'll be joining an expanding and supportive engineering team at a time of real investment and growth. Working a 4on 4off rotating shift pattern (days and nights), you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations across the site. With a strong emphasis on internal development and progression, this business is looking for engineers who want to be part of something long-term and impactful.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a fast-paced manufacturing site
  2. Responding quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
  3. Working closely with production teams to support smooth and efficient operations
  4. Identifying and delivering improvements to help futureproof performance

What you'll need:
  1. Level 3 qualification in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  2. Proven maintenance experience within a fast-moving manufacturing environment
  3. A proactive mindset with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  4. A multi-skilled approach - or a solid electrical bias with mechanical understanding
