Are you a skilled Maintenance Electrician looking for a rewarding opportunity? We have an exciting full-time, permanent position available with a FM provider to be based at a Hospital in Oxford. Join us in making a difference every day!

Position: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Oxford Hospital
Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a lead technician, overseeing electrical building services installation and maintenance on-site.
2. Apply your trade skills and provide one-to-one training for team members.
3. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and complete all maintenance, repairs, installations, and refurbishment works in line with SLAs and KPIs.
4. Take on AP/RP roles where appropriate or receive training.
5. Conduct testing and inspection to City & Guilds 2391 standard.

What We're Looking For:

1. Qualifications: Recognised electrical trade apprenticeship or equivalent Level 3 qualifications (theory & practice).
2. Experience: Expertise in building services with knowledge of air handling plants and water hygiene.
3. Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
4. Health & Safety: In-depth knowledge of health and safety procedures (formal training is a plus).
5. Additional: A willingness to learn and develop through cross-skilling opportunities.
