Are you a qualified maintenance electrician with experience in facilities? Randstad are currently working with a client looking to take on a Maintenance Electrician who can cover a large site in Nottingham. This is a client-facing role, so the ability to work as part of a team and provide positive customer service is an important aspect.

Package: Up to £40,000, Van included (optional personal use), Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 on call (£140 per week).

Responsibilities:

1. Manage environmental conditions through use of BMS System.
2. React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA's.
3. Ensure routine maintenance is carried out to a high standard.
4. Identify and manage risks through equipment on site.
5. Implement and improve the pre-planned maintenance schedule to ensure efficiency.
6. Coordinate requests from the client in line with SLA's to ensure reactive and planned maintenance is completed.
7. Coordinate with the onsite supervisor and contract manager to ensure all building services are running smoothly.
8. Adhere to service level agreements.
9. Keep up to date records of maintenance work carried out.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Minimum 18th Edition NVQ level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent.
2. FM experience would be advantageous.
