Maintenance Electrician

Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is seeking a skilled Shift Maintenance Electrician to join their team, delivering high-quality maintenance services within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
2. Diagnose and repair faults in building services equipment, including lighting, power, and control systems.
3. Ensure all work adheres to health and safety standards, maintaining a safe environment for staff and patients.
4. Complete accurate maintenance records and reports.
5. Collaborate with the FM team to support operational efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent) and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
2. Experience: At least 5 years in building services maintenance, ideally within healthcare or similar critical environments.
3. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
