Maintenance Electrician

Maintenance Electrician - Exeter - Temp contract until the end of July - £20.53 PAYE, £26 Ltd. Static site

Responsibilities:

1. Complete all reactive tasks throughout the building and proactively highlight areas for improvement.
2. Remove/install lighting and electrical sockets.
3. Ensure RAMS are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to maintain safe working practices.
4. Supervise and monitor sub-contractor works on-site during maintenance/fixes.
5. Maintain all storage areas, keeping them safe and tidy.
6. Undertake lone working where required.
7. Perform other tasks as directed by the account management team.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Formal electrical qualification, BSth edition regulations.
2. Good communication etiquette.
3. Team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
4. Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
5. Calm manner, able to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
6. Physically fit and able to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kg.
7. Able to work at heights.
8. Obtain full Security Clearance.
