Job description

Role: Maintenance Electrician

Area: Chester Business Park

Salary: £42,000

Shifts: Week 1 6am till 3pm, Week 2 2pm till 11pm

My client is a National FM company, currently looking to add a facilities engineer/maintenance electrician with an electrical bias to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company that offers real up-skilling and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
  2. Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers mechanical and electrical disciplines
  3. Ensure all electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
  4. Ensure all key performance indicators are met
  5. Carry out modifications and installations when required
  6. Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
  7. Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
  8. Liaise with client/management

  1. NVQ Level 3 Elec

  3. 2391 Testing and Inspecting
